 All sales are final and sold as-is, where is with no warranties or returns. Orders must be paid in full by bank wire transfer, including product and freight, before shipping is scheduled. No truckloads or pallets can be held, reserved, or guaranteed without full payment, and certain deals are limited in quantity on a first-paid, first-served basis. Buyers must provide a valid resale certificate to avoid sales tax; otherwise, taxes will be collected as required by law. Once purchase is complete, all risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer, and Liquidation2You assumes no responsibility for issues caused by carriers, negligence, accidents, or natural disasters. The Company does not own or transport freight but may act as a liaison between Buyer and shipper. Buyer agrees to hold the Company harmless from any claims or liabilities and to receive communication regarding orders by phone or email.
